I recently had the windows on my Tesla Model S tinted, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From scheduling the appointment to picking up my car, the entire process was smooth and professional. Their team was quick to respond, informative, and incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated that most of the communication was done via text—it made it so much easier for me to respond when I had a free moment. When I picked up my car, they walked around it with me to make sure everything looked perfect, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained what to expect over the next several days while the tint cured. The customer service didn’t stop there. The following day, they texted to check in and also sent an email with detailed care instructions and reminders about what to expect. That extra level of follow-up really stood out. I’m extremely happy with how the tint turned out and even more impressed with their customer service. I’ll definitely be bringing my other vehicles here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience.

While in the process of purchasing a new Arctic White C8 Corvette, I was pleased to learn that the car had full front paint protection film (PPF) already installed. Having never used PPF on my previous vehicles, I had heard from other owners that it was a great investment, and I soon found out why. While dropping my son off at the airport, I set his bag on the curb and suddenly heard a "CRUNCH" sound that immediately alarmed me. I turned around to see the owner of a large pickup truck stopped at the front quarter panel of my brand-new car. The truck had tried to cut in too early and made contact. After seeing the expression of the passenger, I knew immediately that it was no bueno. After seeing my expression, I'm sure they knew to prepare to start writing checks. My first stop was the collision center, but they needed the PPF removed to assess any paint repair needs. I brought the car to Cody at Protex Austin, and after a careful inspection, we discovered there was

Got my front windows tinted to the legal limit to match the rest of the car as best as possible. Love the way it looks! Justin, Andy and everyone else were super nice, helpful, and quick. Great service!
